- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to have standard pricing as a tax returns final price is determined by the number of forms and worksheets used to complete your return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and review the tax persons entire tax situation, answer all questions the tax person may have, and find all tax deductions that the tax person is eligible for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully completed the Annual Federal Tax Refresher in accordance with the standards of the National Registry. I have complete my continuing education credits that are required by the IRS, and I have completed over 120 hours of tax law and theory.
