FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fairly for the work performed. I believe in quality and doing the job that is before me. I believe in working hard and pleasing my customers- every time. **We price our work by the job and not by the hour. A normal cleaning job consist of: Bathrooms- bathrooms are scrubbed on all surfaces including baseboards. Kitchen- we wipe down all countertops and move all countertop decor, utensils, etc. to clean under and behind these items. What we do not do is the inside of countertop appliances or interior of ovens or fridges(These are extra charges). We wipe down the exterior of these. Dusting- a typical dusting job includes starting at the top of each room and working down. Ceiling fans and around the top of walls in the corners are dusted, dusting off the window sills, and then baseboards, followed by the furniture being dusted along with any decor sitting out (these are picked up and wiped under), if needed the legs of chairs, beds, etc. will receive a dusting. This is all followed by vacuuming. My mopping is the old fashioned way with a regular mop and some elbow grease. I use libman mops with changeable mop heads. -I do not call swiffering a mop job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to meet the customer the first time out to clean or either before the first trip out to clean. I like to get a feel for what the customer needs the most help with and how we can help you maintain your home at a price fair to you but also fair to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
