Introduction: Stoneway Construction focuses on residential construction and remodeling projects in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are a small family-owned construction company looking to help make your house a home. We take pride in every project we do, using our expertise to create a home our customers want to show off. We go into every home and treat it like it is our own. I enjoy working with customers through the process of taking their dreams and ideas and making them come to life. The project involved taking down a wall and pantry cabinet that created a long, dark hall to the family room; opening up the staircase entrance; and installing a cable railing. Austin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We warned him that we would be picky regarding the details throughout. He was patient and worked with us to make sure the 'old' flooring and wall openings blended seamlessly into the newly remodeled space - as if the open hall and railing had always been there! From the carpentry, electrical, drywall, flooring and painting, we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out, and his work.

Our typical process is to meet with the customer, discuss the project, take measurements if necessary and then write and present an estimate for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been active in the home improvement and remodeling industry for 5 years now, all training has been on the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the industry right out of high school working for a local company.
