We have great experiences with Ithaconstruction. We are very picky and Fred always has a high attention to detail. We've used them for larger renovation and small projects around the house. Always on time and very responsive via text and phone! Cannot recommend enough!

For ten or more years, we have enlisted Fred Ebel to build (a new roof, enclose a sunroom), paint (inside and out), do repairs in our home, etc. He also notices items that need attention that we did not see ourselves. He will give you different ideas on how you can approach a project. His fees are reasonable but you need to have him see what is needed and talk with him in person in order for him to give you a qualified bid. When doing our roof, we were charged by the hour (time and materials) and it cost less than three other bids that we received. Mr. Ebel is skilled and does excellent work.
