Chef Matt catered my dinner party and it was absolutely fabulous. I host dinner parties often and Chef Matt exceeded my expectation! I was mostly impressed by the quality of the dishes -- some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I would highly recommend Chef Matt and I will be sure to call him for my next event. Thank you Chef Matt for an exceptional dinner.

We love Plates and have had Matt cater multiple events, all of which have been fabulous. For our last event, we were overwhelmed with the amount of food, it was DELICIOUS, and we had one of his staff members there helping out (and he was awesome).

We contacted Chef Matt about 24h prior to the event. Not only that he accomodated our request last minute, and worked in the partial kitchen, he put the menu together that was beyond delicious!!!! My husband and I are World travelers and were privileged to be exposed to many different cousines throughout the World. But we both can say with full confidence, and without exaggerating that Chef Matt’s short ribs were the best we’ve ever had in our life!!! Food was delicious, our server George wonderful, kind, professional and Chef Matt was the kindest, most professional and humble Chef we’ve ever met. We were lucky to have him on our special day. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like the customer to call me to clarify details. Then I send a written proposal; if accepted I receive a deposit. Then we are good to go!
