For the past 3 months now I have been dealing with the Las Vegas Defense Group regarding my legal matters and I must say they never fail to surprise me. My thoughts of them are the same, if not more grateful, from the time I submitted my very first review of them back in May. When I first retained them, an initial agreement on payment was made. It was in an amount that I thought I could easily settle. Unfortunately, as we all know, life has its own plans no matter how hard you try to keep things on schedule. Beverly and everyone has been so understanding! They don't make me feel like a deviant if I can't pay as planned. From the very beginning they have tried their hardest to accommodate my needs and I am so very thankful. I am glad that I went with their firm... so glad that I actually referred my mother to them! She actually just Googled her name and found out that she has some information about herself out there in the internet world that she wants hidden. I mentioned my great experience with the Las Vegas Defense Group and she went with them. We work with all clients and want to help everyone that walks through our doors. We are not a firm that is only concerned about money. We will work with you in order to resolve any situation. We haver payment plans and accept all credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally call people back and talk with them over the phone. We believe in legendary customer service so we invite people into our firm so we can meet in person. One on one attention is always given. If you need a ride to the firm, no problem, we will have a luxury sedan pick you up and bring you to the law firm. We then will sit down and go over any case or issues. We will work to get the best positive resolution for you and your family. We treat every new client like Family...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have eight attorneys that represent the law firm. We have over 60 years of Criminal Defense experience. We also offer representation in Immigration law since this issue always comes up. Any client hiring our firm will get the benefit of the whole team not just one attorney. Everyone works together to get the best possible result. Everyone that works for our firm has a tremendous amount of experience so that it helps with your specific case.
