What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For clean up work and getting clients up to date on their financial statements, the fee is hourly. For monthly regular bookkeeping, the fee is a flat fee per month which includes monthly financial statements as well as regular communication.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face meetings are always the best to get to know the client and their needs. I like to get information on the person or business and their expectations. This ensures we are a good fit and increases our success of working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started taking accounting classes in high school. Obtained a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University. Became an Enrolled Agent in 2007.
