FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am performing work to be charged hourly, my standard pricing is $30/hour. If a fixed price is appropriate, it is dependent on the project: I base it around my hourly price but also consider the deadline and breadth of work requested in order to determine a fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin each new job with a short interview with the client to understand the client's needs, wants, and expectations. This interview also includes a de-brief on the purpose of the project and what it is intended to achieve. We will also discuss scheduling and any intermediate milestones that may be necessary so that the client understands that their feedback is crucial to the completion of the task. We will also discuss the final delivery method and whether additional services/adjustments will be necessary after completion. If they are, we will also develop a plan as to how those additional services will be conducted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Arts in Graphic Design. This educational background has provided me with a holistic approach to design and problem-solving. I have experience in logo design, branding, editorial design, exhibition design, and animation. Additionally, I have experience doing in-house logo design, branding, presentation design, and marketing for an architecture firm.
