- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very transparent with my pricing. The client pays direct to my suppliers and separate to me for the design fee. I give my clients my discounts, usually 40%,and I charge a design fee of 25%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to go over the scope of work with the client and go over my fee structure. I also like to go over the scope of work to see if the project is one that I feel I would be the best fit for the job and client. Its a very personal thing and both parties must trust each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of arts in Interior Design. Have been working in the business of interior design and space planning for 30 years.
