Introduction: For a half a century Roy Swanson has been singing and sharing his music from his birth place in Chicago, to up and down the west coast of North America and across to Hawaii. Then in 2000 he took his unique blend of guitar driven acoustic Blues and Roots music to Asia and then later to Europe. Roy loves "The Blues" and it shows in his truly unique style of guitar playing and his seasoned vocal offerings as he captivates his audiences with his colorful stage presence. Roy writes and sings his songs of faith in the face of life's struggles with the hope of a better future. (my span of styles include, and are not limited to such people as Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Beatles, Chuck Berry, Doors, classic Robert Johnson, Hendrix.............
