Jon Holland has been a huge lifesaver for me with my upcoming rental property needs. I live in Seattle and it has been a nightmare managing the house that I grew up in in Upstate New York living so far away. After searching for many years, I was very lucky to find someone like Jon Holland to manage the most precious thing for me and that is my rental property. He has been very quick and attentive to my needs and has taken every opportunity to go over the contract and with very detailed information and feedback that is perfect for my needs. If it wasn't' for Jon Holland at Property Management Inc. Capital District, I would be lost and would have to continue to spend money on wasted trips back and forth for many years. Jon had my house rented within a few weeks of taking it over. He has always answered my questions within 24 hours. I live out of state and it's nice to know that Jon is there taking care of my property.

Jon recently helped my girlfriend and I with locating an apartment. While we had pretty specific particulars and a small location radius, Jon was able to pinpoint several different listings that met our particular needs/wants. In any given week, we could expect Jon to present an array of apartment listings; many of which were to our exact parameters! Once we developed our "short list," he was able to set up multiple showings on the same evening and voiced any interests/concerns we had when it came to meeting with owners and other property personnel.
The best part about Jon is his demeanor. While were only looking to lease an apartment, he provided the same care and patience one would when dealing with a family who is purchasing their first home. We couldn’t have been happier with his service and I think I can speak for us both when I say that we had a very fun and enjoyable time searching for our new home with Jon in our corner.
