Staff has been helpful in making my goals reality since becoming a member. I wanted to increase my strength and decrease body fat and was able to do both. I went down from lean (~20%) to very lean (~16%) body fat and am now able to lift weights and get through group exercise classes with more ease. Best place for a friendly and supportive environment where you can achieve the healthy lifestyle you want.

My Fitness Kitchen has amazing knowledgable staff that give each member personalized support. My Fitness Kitchen is so much more then a gym. The nutritional and exercise support I received is over and above what I expected!!! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you My Fitness Kitchen family for making me the healthiest I have ever been!!!

Mark and Drew are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with each work out. They explain every move, demonstrate each move and correct any form issues. I have been working with the team for a little over one month and can already see the results!!! The positive feedback keeps me motivated and coming in for more training...

I have nothing but great things to say about My Fitness Kitchen. With the guidance of Mark, Drew, and the rest of the staff I started on my weight loss journey and so far I have lost 43 lbs while still having my favorite foods and wine. I was fearful of going to a gym and didn't think I could do any kind of workout because of my orthopedic problems but found that I could. It has made me feel much better overall and has greatly decreased my pain. Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend joining My Fitness Kitchen.
