- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do group pricing and individual pricing. I am very reasonable and I negotiate group prices. I try not to charge over $25 per face, and sometimes charge under $20 in groups! Training sessions I charge hourly, normally $15/hr!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know them! What they like, what their needs are, and how I can best deliver customer satisfaction! I make sure they know I am also available 24/7 for consulting and advice, so my help is not limited to the time I'm being paid for!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am self-taught, however I am going for my esthetician license! I started watching tutorials and going to a few makeup learning events!
