We had a leak in the kitchen sink. It was repaired and quickly professionally. Our garage disposal was working but was old and rusting out, James removed it (at me request) and replaced the drain and plumbing. Everything is working, leak free.

James was exactly what I was looking for. My hose bib had been hit with a branch during a storm and broke off to the point that I couldn’t unscrew it to replace it myself. James responded immediately and was able to come over within a couple days (it was a holiday weekend). He showed up on time, communicated well and did the work for the price he originally quoted me. The new hose bib looks better and more secure than the original one!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to project. Pictures sent from client is helpful. In addition, i may quote $1 in the case of not knowing exactly what amount to quote, and in turn simply ask potential client to communicate with me so that i can gather further information so as to give a reasonable quote price. Details & pictures are helpful. Also i may at times go in person to view project at no charge.
