Our experience began very well, Marko kept his appointment to look at our pool and provide service. Once he and his crew determined that we were no where near ready to have him service the pool, he said he'd get back to us with a quotes to get us up and running. a few days later, he quoted us $200 to Acid wash the pool and said he'd be there on a Saturday. Throughout the week we tried to confirm the appointment. Soon Marko communicated that he couldn't come Saturday and he raised the price to $450.!!!! We are very confused how a Professional Pool Service Company could change a quote for a service with such indifference. Marko is the only one we communicated with, so it wasn't like we talked to new office hire. We have no idea... never had a pool before and were looking for good honest help. A jump in price like that and then not able to show up as planned.....This is definitely very BAD business and not the way to earn good reviews.

OLD:
Excellent. Cleaned the pool so well. There was algae growing in the pool and the guys scrubbed the tiles and by the next morning the pool was completely clean of algae! Price was right and the service excellent! Will continue to use for the season.
