- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing for maintenance, repairs and improvements. This is better for the customer because it gives them a better experience. We have discounts for military, senior citizens, first responders, teachers, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact over the phone and listen to what customers have to say. Then we schedule a time to go look at the situation to let the customer know what it's going to take to complete the job. We do the work, collect, and email a receipt to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience and started out by going to trade school to learn about heating and air conditioning. The real learning started out in the field. That’s when you really learn what is best for the customer.
