FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very feature based. We assign price largely depending on the scope and difficulty of implementing each feature requested. We break down pricing as much as possible in our proposal, however it is impossible to achieve complete normalcy and granularity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting as much information as we can about exactly what the customer wants. Usually, this is done over the phone. Once we have a better idea of how to best serve the customer, we put together a preliminary proposal that outlines deliverables explicitly and breaks down costs. This is typically followed by an in-person meeting, where we discuss the details of the proposal and come to a basic agreement with the client. From here, we assign developers, designers and a project manager. Once the final contract is agreed upon, development starts. We typically meet in-person with our clients every 2-3 weeks to get feedback and update them on the project's progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our developers are computer scientists who have real-world experience in the technologies at hand. Before we assign developers to a project, we assign them a test project in the requisite technology. We evaluate completed test projects and choose the developers who produced the best results.
