Aubbie was awesome to train with! Miss that little guy already!
Overall awesome experience. We got a second dog who was very difficult, stubborn, and we were close to giving up. We now have a dog that behaves very well and more importantly we are equipped with the tools and knowledge to keep her well behaved! Highly recommend!Jul 1, 2018VerifiedThe Dog Thinks What?'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer several programs for In Home Lessons, and Board & Train. Prices vary by length of training. I also have some Mini Programs that cater to clients who are looking for one specific solution for behaviors such as potty training, or leash manners. Most times it is best to schedule an In Home Assessment so we can take a look at what you want your life to look like with your dog, how we can get you there, and what training program will work best for you. The assessment is $65 and can be applied to your purchased training program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first thing I do is listen to the client- what is going on? What can I help you with? What do you want to change? Then I observe the dog- What is causing the issue? Then I tie it all together to create a RESULTS DRIVEN PLAN so the owner can enjoy a dog who actually listens and doesn’t get into trouble all the time. I present the plan to the client, make sure they understand the direction and outcome. We agree on plan and then we get the dog back on the right path!
