- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have monthly specials like: $89 for two rooms with a hall, $99 for three rooms with a hall, Stairs are $3. All of these have prespray included. We do have a minimum of $60. We also offer carpet protection which is similar to a scotch gaurd, just for carpets for $30 each room. There is also an option for a urine stain/oder removal that we also offer for those pesky hard to remove animal/baby/elderly/accident spots that keep the pets returning. It's a two step process, but we gaurentee after we use this product if you need, they will never return to that spot again. It's an additional $25. And much more to come soon!

Went to Rotovac for two weeks to be certified on using the power wand. This is a rotary power tool that will clean your carpets deep down not just the surface like the standard wand that every one else uses.
