Personal Injury- Contingency Fee based payments usually at 33.33%. Bankruptcy- Flat fee cases with up front fees. Real Estate- Hourly cases
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For injury matters we can meet with our clients either at our office of at their home, hospital, or place of work. For real estate and bankruptcy matters, we prefer to meet clients in our office. Our initial consultation on all matters is free and at no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law since 2003. My primary areas of practice are personal injury, including auto accidents, brain injuries, dob bites, wrongful deaths, and also I have filed more than 2,000 Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcies.
