Introduction: In a world where threats abound, everyone needs to learn how to defend themselves from physical attacks, whether it be from a sexual offender to the average bully. My self-defense techniques are not the same that you see in movies where you poke eyeballs and kick groins, I am trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a form of martial art proven to be effective for decades in mixed martial arts competitions such as the UFC, Pride, Bellator, etc.
