My job for Lance was a challenging conversion to create a nicely finished space under our stairs for our new dog. Being the uniqueness of this project i figured it would be challenging finding a contractor willing to take it on. Lance was excited about the opportunity and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He is timely, detail oriented and communicates very effectively on project questions. Lances skill are very multi faceted in all forms of carpentry as the project has turned out great. He has bid another job at our house that I plan to get going with him shortly. Very fair priced and skilled carpenter look forward to our future projects-thanks Dan
