- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge about the same for studios starting at $60; 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments between 500sqf to 1000sqf starting at $70; 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments 500sqf to 1000sqf starting at $90 and 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment or houses starting at $120. Depending on the square footage of the property the price will vary. If the customers also needs additional cleaning such as inside oven, inside fridge, interior and/or exterior window cleaning, wall cleaning and inside cabinets cleaning the price will be adjust accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customers we like to find out exactly what they are looking for in the cleaning, the day and time that works best for them and how often do they need the cleaning. As well as any specifics on products they would likebtobprovide for us to use and if we need to be careful with pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have previous experience working for JanPro and Home Joy.
