Introduction: My Intentional Success is owned and operated by Shayne Webber, Ph.D. Shayne has his doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Webber has experience in marital counseling, individual counseling, in-home therapy, drug and alcohol counseling, life coaching and career coaching. Dr. Webber works with both adults and youth. Dr. Webber also teaches youth classes (as part of MIS) for money management, business development, investing, leadership development and more. I most enjoy finding creative solutions. I never give up on any client, as I believe we can all make progress.

I am impressed w/the concepts my child is not only learning, but actually comprehending and excited to implement. Dr. Webber is great w/these kids and has a good way of presenting information. They have brainstormed business ideas, plans and have even brought one to fruition. I'm excited to see where this all leads!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are $85 an hour and I do not accept insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to move quickly with clients. I do not believe in seeing clients for months or years. I take my work seriously and look to take on clients that are determined to make progress. My typically clients sees me 3-6 sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have provided premarital counseling, marital counseling, family therapy, drug and alcohol counseling and life coaching. I have worked in a marriage and family therapy clinic, conducted in-home therapy through the Parent Empowerment Program, and was Director of Counseling for a county juvenile justice system. Some years back, my wife and I started our own business and I let my license lapse. However, I have missed finding ways to grow with my clients and I am starting to see clients again. Until I retain my license again, I can only call myself a Life coach.
