Military discount for veterans. Belle's showed up on time, worked their butts off moving me from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment. As I stayed behind to clear out of my old apartment, Belle's went ahead of me to my new apartment and by the time I arrived to the new apartment they had already moved 6 loads to the top of the stairs. Fantastic, professional, never a complaint about the heat or their work! Would recommend and use them in my next move.Jul 27, 2018Verified

Dear client, I am happy to hear that the movers were great:) We do have a 2 hour minimum which you did agree to and from what I understand- I could be wrong, I am just replying to the message as I see it- the great movers completed your move in less than 2 hours. Adding an additional mover would have cost more and my main goal is to provide you an excellent move, which I believe we did, and to save you money, which I know I did. The client is always available to do as they want on their move, it's THEIR move, not ours. Normally when a client is "helping" it slows the movers down a lot. I am not saying that is the case with your move but I do explain this to those go getters out there wanting to help. I am always here if I can be of any assistance! Please know that I appreciate your feedback.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes. All moves are different but the TXDMV requires that every fee that could ever be charged is in their system. This is hard due to the fact that a person might just need a couch moved upstairs or to a neighbors house. Every type of move that I can imagine will be put into the TXDMV website. No hidden fees at the end, ever! That means no stair fees, no gas fees( unless it was agreed upon before the moving team arrived). And it would have to pretty far away for us to even consider charging for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is to speak with the client about what they need and expect from their move. Then they will receive the LEGAL DMV contract with the information we have gone over together so they have it in writing that there are no hidden fees that pop up on them. When the moving team arrives they will receive the contract that will state the same exact terms that we have already agreed upon. Please keep in mind that I am always just a call away and that I am always happy to talk to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 10 years of successful moves with great reviews for our movers. The manager/member is dedicated to providing the very best experience possible for each and every single move.
