The technician who has helped me has done great work, any problem I have with anything computer or audio visual related he has handled well and rapidly. He was very professional. He also helped me set up new equipment and with some troubleshooting. I would definitely recommend!

Beyond my expectation! From an exchange valuation I would say it was above "fair exchange", "fair exchange" being what is accepted for your $ in the trading industry.
So, yes, not only I was very satisfied with the product but it was also "made in the USA"!
