- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard price sheet for floor covering installation. That being said every project is different and presents its own challenges. I try to provide a detailed estimate whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer expresses interest in using my services, I typically prefer to set up an in-home meeting with the customer to fully review the scope of the project. After that meeting I will work on an estimate and send it to the customer and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Communication is the key to success in my opinion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 20 years experience with floor covering installation. I also work directly for subcontractors in the construction industry including flooring installers, plumbers, and general contractors.
