- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask for clients to make a 3 month commitment to coaching, with a full money-back guarantee after the first month if you are unsatisfied. Three months is a great length of time to get clarity on the things you need to do, implement action plans, and see results! I offer several packages that vary in the amount of contact each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary initial interview which helps us get to know one another. The client wants to be sure I'm a good fit as a coach. I get an idea of the client's desired outcome for working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt. This is particularly helpful when clients want to focus on their work or business. I have 7 years of coaching experience with individuals and small groups developing personal and leadership potential. I received coaching training from 3DM. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and am currently working to become credentialed with them. (My rate reflects a discount until this is completed.) Finally, I am a Myers Briggs, EQi 2.0, and EQi 360 certified professional who can administer and interpret these assessments.
