FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get a good understanding of what the job specs are, then like to understand what the owner is wanting to achieve. Then, we'll get a measurement of the job and calculate all materials needed including man hours. Once we have agreed on a timeframe and price, I'll make sure that the owner and I are on the same page concerning access to the property, do's and don't's, as well as make sure that the owner is open to communication so that we may communicate during the entire process to show progress and ask any questions we each may have along the way. At the end of the day, we are on your property and never want to make you feel uncomfortable. I have sent certain workers home in past simply because the owner didn't like their haircut and wasn't comfortable with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both vocational and college courses in construction, business management, property management, masonry work, electricians license, and general contractors license. Multiple workers (including myself) have hands on training from master craftsmen, electricians, and plumbers. References from those folks are available.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Any and all. We do not discriminate against any ethnicity, religion, gender, or anything else.. this is a job to us, and we don't care how the customer looks or sounds. We want you to be pleased with the final product, period.
