Yes, the cost of the inspection is based on the size and age of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buying or selling a home can be a long process. We try to help simplify that process by giving you an accurate clear picture of the home's condition. We start by finding out the size and age of the home, if you are in contract, how many days you have remaining for your home inspection, give you a quote for the inspection and once it is booked confirm with your Realtor the utilities are on and we are all set for the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to being exclusive in home inspections, Cody worked in construction and was a local business owner for several years. Pursuing his love of construction he honed is inspection skills at: The Home Inspection Academy Melbourne, FL, joined FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) where he receives continuing up-to-date training, as well as certification in Thermal Imaging Infrared.
