Brent removed an old house intercom system for me and then re-dry walled over the areas in each room where the speakers were. He did a great job! He also put wood trim up in my laundry room which really improved the look of the room!

Mr White (Brent) did a super job tiling my bathroom, remodeling my kitchen, and painting my entire house. This wasn't a one shot deal either. I got him over a period of time when I had a big job that needed doing and I would highly recommend him. His prices are fair and reasonable and his work is great. He gets 5 stars from me. That was after getting so many fly by night people here that didn't finish the job, charged me twice what it was worth, or didn't bother showing up at all on the job, after their initial estimate visit, so make Sun Coast Painting and Handyman Service your first and last phone call.

Brent is a nice guy, he showed up on time and started painting immediately. Unfortunately the outcome was not nearly as nice. The workmanship and quality was very poor and below the quality of any professional. I have more stains on my carpet with paint and the carpet was brand new. The edging was sloppy and not straight, the walls that were painted had a ton of bleed through. Ultimately I had to hire another painter to re-do the entire job. I also have to see if a professional carpet cleaner can clean the carpets. Brent even agreed to give me a partial refund, but has yet to do it - so I filed a claim with Thumbtack.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard price for any jobs.I do everything case by case with my customers needs.I always give options to my customers such as me purchasing the items for the job or letting them.I also price jobs based on hourly or by the job.I feel it works best giving options based on the customers needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My biggest objective is to put a customer at ease and tell them a little about me,what I am going to do and how in a short period of time so they know what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in sales for 27 years and as you will read below I have been learning and doing this with my family since I was a teenager.
