- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Management Fee is 8% of rents. There are some variables to this (such as Section 8 units, locations, etc). We offer placement and screening services as well as Preventive Maintenance programs if requested. We also provide make-ready services when a tenant moves out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down (or chat on the phone) and find out what services you want, discuss pricing options, and review a management agreement in detail. Agreements are typically a 1-year term and can be cancelled by the client with 30 days notice. All agreements are customized to the client and the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Mike Bryant, has managed rental properties since 1984, learning with his own rentals. Mike has a Real Estate Broker's license in Missouri and Kansas and works full time as a Realtor and Property Manager.
