- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on helping keep costs down by adapting a low monthly flat rate fee of $109. Our Maintenance Division is dedicated to helping keep repair costs down by vetting our vendors to ensure their best process in return for volume work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer is interested in working with us we will schedule an initial visit to the property. Once TBM confirms the property is ready for renters we will circulate our management agreement for signatures. Once under management TBM can screen tenants and supply these results to the owner for review. We will conduct our move-in inspection prior to the tenant occupying so we may document the state of the home.

Our staff is always learning new tools to help streamline our processes. We adapt new technologies to support and provide our clients and tenants with easy solutions.
