- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages I'm able to offer! Just ask! My most popular package that I offer is to assess your full list of projects, offer a flat rate at a 20% discount, and come up with a plan and estimate to finish the entire project in a time that works for you! I also offer a first time visit of $100 for 2 hours! This time includes an assessment of your home, things I can offer/consulting, and/or 2 straight hours of work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My ideal process includes me pulling every single item out of the space, wiping down the space, vacuuming/sweeping, go through the items with you, figure out what you want to keep-donate-throw out, then plan out your space, and reinstall everything back into their place! Every item gets attention, a total clean out, and you can have peace of mind that everything in your space belongs there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed helping friends and family with coordinating their moves, unpacking, space planning, coordinating weddings, city events/volunteers, etc. It comes natural to me. I had a friend, who was a Professional Organizer, invite me to help her with a large project. I had found my calling! I've been doing it ever since!
