- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on what is required. We do not give pricing over the phone and prefer to review what has to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes a customer has an idea of what they want, but are not sure. My job is to listen intently to be able to offer suggestions until we come up with a solution. Otherwise, if the customer knows what they want, It is imperative to listen and give them what they want, and need. We realize that clients don't come in one size fits all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college, I took a tax accounting course. Since then, I have taken continuing education courses, and visit the IRS website to keep abreast of changes.
