- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Virus issues i can fix remotely or i can give free tech support...Windows repair is any where between $20 and $50 Mac repair is anywhere between $75 and $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you stay in my area and its a hardware issue i can come to you. If you stay out of area and its a virus issues then we can do a teamviewer session
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
