We originally hired Sam to be a "day of" coordinator for our July wedding but he ended up filling more of a hybrid position, assisting us with planning, and staying on track, in the months leading up to the event.
Sam was fabulous: the consummate professional. He took care of so many little details the day of, but also was willing to drive out to run the rehearsal several days before the event. He was friendly, efficient, prompt, experienced and willing to handle whatever came his way with a positive "get it done" attitude. Many of our family and friends complimented us on the great great job he did. Thanks Sam!!

Sam was my Wedding "Day Of" Coordinator, which worked perfectly. He helped take all of my stress off so that I could truly enjoy my wedding day. His fees are reasonable and Sam is clean cut, kind, respectful, and always professional. He even thought of things that I had never even considered... which both surprised and helped ALOT! I wish I had utilized his services more, though, and brought him into the planning and had him help more during coordination and pre-planning stuff, including him being at my wedding rehearsal (the reception venue people were terrible). I had hired him about a year out, but didn't utilize his services until the last 3 months or so. If I had to so it again, I would totally hand over the reigns and let him help with all the organization and coordinating.
If you are planning your own wedding, do yourself a favor and get a "day of" coordinator. Although my hubby didn't really see the benefit when we hired Sam, he DEFINITELY realized his worth on the wedding day. Thank you Sam!

Hired Sam as the 'Day of Coordinator' for our wedding and we can not say enough positive things about his performance.
Ours was the epitome of the DIY wedding which meant that there were many tasks both foreseen and unforeseen that Sam handled with grace and poise.
We were (and still are) extremely grateful for his professionalism and positive attitude on our big day.
