- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our estimates are free. It is nearly impossible to quote a job without looking at it first hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and give a free estimate. If the customer chooses to move forward we will schedule an install date at the time of sale. We will notify the customer the week before install and the night before. The project is usually always completed in one day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TSR formally trains each our employees to do the required tasks. We are certified from the manufacturer of each product line we carry. We also won the "dealer of the year" award for excellence across the entire country in 2017.
