Introduction: As an experienced language teacher(English) in HS, South Korea, teaching a language to non-native speakers is what I had been trained and practiced for many years to do. My major is English Education, and I have a master's degree in TESOL(Teaching English as a Second language to Other Language speakers) Education. As a native Korean speaker, I can teach various levels of students from the very beginners to the advanced level. My lesson materials and curriculum can be flexibly adjusted to fulfill the needs of students. Individual and group lesson are both possible. With the help of my husband, who lived in Korea for 10 years, I can create immersion lessons to expedite understanding.
I have always loved teaching and learning. Especially a foreign language teaching is very attractive because it is not just about a language, but involves culture. I have taught Korean to Americans for about 3years, and two of them went to South Korea for further language and cultural experience since their lesson had been done. They loved their experience in Korea.
