- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have set prices for certain applications. Certain tasks can be largely complicated by the slightest unknowns. But, i will never throw in surprise costs on any job, large or small, unless there is a great deal of change that must be done to complete a task. Any increase is always discussed with the customer before hand
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If i had to break it down, I would say it is all about customer interface. Finding out what the customer wants, or prefers, what can be done and how long. All these are the key components in giving an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, personally, have over 15 years experience in electrical work, both commercial and residential. My passion is discovering and using the latest technologies offered for the best electrical solutions possible. After all, electrical is a trade that is always evolving, and I with it.
