FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for me and the client to sit and go over their goals. This is known as an assessment or integration. Going over goals allows the trainer to put together the best plan possible, and the ability to design it around injuries or obstacles that could hinder certain things. A complimentary workout is always important as well. So the client has a chance to try a workout program designed by the trainer to see if it is the right fit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have battled alot of eating disorders to the point I was sick. Doing what I do keeps my accountable as well as be able to be understanding and more accountable to clients. Understanding we all make life style changes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with over 200 people in the area in the past 3 years. I have worked with everyone from weightloss, sports/highschool performance, bikini/physique clients, rehab clients, and one of my favorites, preserving quality of life.
