- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay fair with our prices. If you have a price in mind you are trying to stick around, feel welcome to throw it out there! The only extra compensation that may be asked for is gas comp. But that can be calculated upon arrival, with provided gas receipt. We also have a 16 ft trailer to use if needed, along with 2-4 more helping hands if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we like to introduce ourselves as soon as possible. The morning of your scheduled removal, we will contact you for directions. We will keep you posted on our ETA. Please be aware that traffic conditions can sometimes delay our arrival time, but you will be informed as soon as we know. Cancellations or rescheduling will not affect any future business with us. We are family based ourselves and understand that things happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A background in ironwork, carpentry, and general labor/punch work. We are both high school graduates with some college.
