- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is standard for the business and us based on a set % of the collected rents. But rather than focusing on our % we like to focus on what we will make you as the owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although many questions can be answered via phone or email we like to meet face to face in our office if at all possible. This provides a comfortable setting and allows us to show you how our management system and technology works. We then like to visit all properties so as to make reccomendations on probable rent and what can make the property more marketable so as to maximize profit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have career certification in Property Management from an accredited college along with a Kentucky real estate license obtained from the Kentucky Realtor Institute
