- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for services in putting together my clients travel package. I am paid based on the choices of my clients by the suppliers. In cases where I am requested to provide itinerary building and such, these are pre-negogiated if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To first talk with my client to see what exactly they want. Where and why are they interested in a given area to be able to find the best elements that match their tastes. Finding out specifics in a personal communication means the budget is going to match and the experiences will be what are wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
