FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is $100 for a 90-minute session. Each session after that is $80. A discount is provided to veterans and first responders. A superbill is provided for clients with insurance so that they can seek reimbursement from their insurance company for the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first session I complete a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan to help us work together on establishing a road map to therapy. I discuss what expectations a person can have of therapy and what all future sessions would look like. I work to address any concerns a person might have about the therapeutic process and help them feel more at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a Masters in Community Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University and a Bachelor's of English and Secondary Education from Longwood University. I have been trained in crisis intervention and the assessment and treatment of most major mental illnesses. I am trained in multiple treatment methodologies to address the various challenges that clients face on a daily basis.
