Travis ran 5 ethernet drops from my office to various corners of our home for security cameras. The installation was flawless. The wires are well hidden and the camera placement provides perfect coverage. Travis was in and out in just a few hours. TJK charged a fraction of what we were quoted from other Austin installers. I will definitely be recommending them to friends who are looking for similar services.

Travis did an awesome job setting up my new security system. my husband is currently overseas and was able to answer all my questions as well as my husbands when we were able to video chat. He was very professional as well as being very down to earth!! Everything that we had install the price was great!! Outstanding! Travis is a true professional. I highly recommend him for security projects. Travis was the only one who was willing to crawl and inspect the area during the bidding process. This action alone told me he was the right person for the job. Might have to have him install one more camera and make the "death crawl" to run the CAT 6 cable. FWI, no one will be sneaking up on us.

I would highly recommend Travis for your networking project. Travis from TJK Security was one of the two that I took estimate from to install some security cameras, upgrade home with cat6a and have all cables pulled in master closet. Unfortunately I did not go with Travis, decided to go with someone closer in the neighborhood. The company I went with took my money, never showed up on time and only got half the job done. I then decided to call Travis again, told him what happened. He promptly came, finished the job in the estimated time, did it in a professional manner and also gave me some good advice for other things that I wanted to do. I would definitely call him again for my future networking projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best workmanship, attention to detail and service. We are not the cheapest for a reason, expect the best from us. We clean up the messes left, clean as we go and provide the best possible customer service available. Therefore, we have over eighty (80), 5 STAR reviews and all google reviews are 5.0, over forty (40) of them. All residential jobs will be handled directly by me, Travis, the owner of TJK Security & Automation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would like to have a quick phone conversation to discuss the project and set up a time to meet. During this meeting we will go over customer expectations and requirements, as well as address any issues foreseen beforehand. Next go over options and pricing and follow up with a DETAILED estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years of technical training and experience in electronics, alarms, audio, and video systems. I have been employed with high end business in the past, providing customer support in the field as well as technical roles that have enabled me to be hands on with customers of all backgrounds.
