- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get an idea of what kind of food they are looking for and how many people they need to feed. Then we can provide some menu options and quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in hospitality management from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as many years of experience in the food industry. Most recently, I was the owner and executive chef of Twisp Cafe & Coffee House in Liberty Lake, WA. I opened Bobby's Cafe & Catering in October 2015.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both corporate and individual customers. We also have a cafe so we can do anything from individual orders for each person off of our cafe menu to fancy catered meals for a large group.
