- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us in hopes of receiving a quote on a job I usually arrange a date for me or an employee to come to the potential job site to take measurements and see if any type of floor prep needs to be done. This allows us to give the best quote possible on material cost and labor costs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the flooring business with my brother as a helper at 19 years old. Within 6 months I was a full-time installer doing up to 250 sqr yds of carpet a day. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I take pride in knowing my work is done properly.
