Kellen was referred to us by our carpenter; he was one of the best referrals we ever had. Very prompt and professional, he did a great job in painting the exterior of our house -- and our garage -- and was able to do some interior work as well, before he and his wife moved out of state. (New York's loss is definitely Pennsylvania's gain!) We miss him very much, and give him our highest recommendation ... five stars is not enough.

We could trust Kellen with the keys to our house. He always left the space he was working in - whether inside or outside - better than I would have thought possible. Kellen was scrupulously neat and thorough. All repairs and prep work were done with care. He does not take short cuts. The quality of his work and professionalism is excellent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to make sure my bids are consistent from one client to the next. I generally share a bid with the client and stick to that number.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we communicate over the phone or email. I then like to come out and take a look at the project take pictures, measurements, etc. After that I share a bid including materials and labor with client. If bid is acceptable we schedule work to start when best fits client and my schedule along with weather forecast.. After work is complete we conduct a walk through making sure all work is complete and everyone is satisfied.

I've worked with residential home owners, real estate agents, luxurious rental unit agents, student housing landlords, and other high end rental property owners.
