- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a buyer: We talk over the phone, via text message or email ( your choice). You tell me the details of what you are looking for. If you need help with pre-qualification. I provide information of a lending company and offer a link for you to apply. We begin looking for homes. As a Seller: I travel to your location. Take a quick 5 minute walk-through to determine how much your home should sell for. I provide details of how I plan to get your home sold and what materials I would be using. By this point you will be able to determine if I am a good candidate to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the life of real estate. Experience is your training/education. A classroom setting isn't ideal for learning the ends and outs of this industry.
